TBC is an elastomeric thermoplastic water based copolymer, blended specically to seal exterior asbestos containing Industrial Fiber Cement Board (Transite). TBC is a high solids blend of resins that forms a hard yet exible nish which is ultraviolet resistant and mildew resistant. Itis environmentally friendly.
